White Mother of Pearl , is a type of mother of pearl that is predominantly white with iridescent pink, blue, green and gold shades. It is composed mainly of conchiolin and aragonite, two minerals that give to mother of pearl its characteristic iridescence and lustre.

The white mother of pearl with a "random" structure differs from the one with a "brick" structure, by the irregular arrangement of the minerals inside the mother of pearl.

This gives the white mother of pearl a natural, organic look, with an irregular, iridescent surface that reflects light differently depending on the viewing angle.
